The Power of Momentum: Small Steps, Big Impact

Hello Freedom Creator,

I hope you’ve been taking steps, no matter how small, towards your freedom.

Last time we talked about the Journey to Freedom and how it’s not always easy or straightforward, but absolutely worth it.

Today, I want to dig a little deeper into one of the most important lessons I’ve learned along the way: momentum.

Because here’s the truth:

Success doesn’t happen overnight.

It’s built one day at a time.

Brick by brick.

The Myth of the “Big Leap”

We live in a world where “overnight success” stories grab all the headlines.

Social media loves to glamorize these stories as the norm.

And if you’re reading this, I am 99.99% certain you know exactly what I’m talking about.

But if you look closely, those stories almost always leave out the long nights, failures, and small wins that built up over long periods of time.

The reality?

It's not the big leaps that get you to freedom — it’s the consistent. small. steps.

The tiny actions you take every day even when you don’t feel like it are what make the real difference.

When nobody is watching you giving it your all, to support you, cheer you on, or to tell you how proud they are of you.

Because think about it:

One social media post won’t change your life — but showing up daily for your audience will.

One product launch won’t make you a millionaire — but iterating and improving will get you there.

It’s the steady and often un-glamorous, boring, monotonous work that compounds over time that leads to massive results and ultimately freedom and autonomy.

So, what can you do today to build that momentum?

Here are three small but powerful steps to help you keep moving forward:

1. Show Up Every Day

The hardest part about building an online business is showing up consistently, especially when results are slow.

But this is where most people quit — right before the momentum kicks in.

My advice?

Just keep showing up.

It’s simple but factual.

Post that piece of content, make that offer, engage with your community even when you feel like no one is paying attention.

EVERY DAY.

The truth is people are watching and over time that consistency will build trust and authority.

2. Track Your Progress

It’s easy to lose sight of how far you’ve come especially when you’re so focused on where you’re going.

One of the best ways to stay motivated is to track your progress.

Write down the actions you’re taking and celebrate the small wins along the way.

It could be your first website visitor, your first follower, or your first sale.

No win is too small.

These milestones are the fuel that will keep you going.

I suggest to open up Apple Notes and create a progress checklist to keep tab on your yourself and your momentum.

I love Apple Notes because it seamlessly syncs to all of your devices and you can use it on the fly.

PS - I’m working on something that will help you speed this up. It will be out soon.

3. Keep Learning

Every obstacle is an opportunity to learn something new.

When I was building my family’s home health care business we faced countless setbacks especially during the pandemic.

And even when I was building my own business ventures, I faced obstacles, challenges, and countless more setbacks.

But every challenge and setback taught me something valuable that made me stronger in the end. It taught me resiliency and most importantly…

There are no problems — only solutions waiting to be solved.

The same goes for your journey.

Whether your learning a new skill, improving your content, or understanding your audience better, always seek growth, always seek the challenge.

Every lesson you learn is another building block towards your freedom and autonomy.

My Own Momentum Story

I’m not just talking theory here — momentum has been the driving force behind everything I’ve done.

As I shared with you last time, I didn’t have it all figured out when I started my digital entrepreneurial journey.

Heck, I still don’t have all the answers.

But what I’ve learned is that by taking small, consistent actions, things slowly start to align. Your purpose and life’s mission begins to get clearer and more vivid.

Take this newsletter for example…

I’m almost 12 months into my online business journey and I just launched a newsletter.

It took time and experience for me to gain the wisdom, knowledge, and confidence to start.

But back when I sold the family business, I already had a vision for what I wanted to build next.

Yes, it felt like I was starting from scratch all over again.

Right back to square one.

I didn’t have an audience, the infrastructure, or the systems in place — yet.

But I showed up every day, took action, and trusted the process.

And now? I’m slowly beginning to see the results.

Is everything perfect? No, absolutely not.

But the small steps over the last year have built momentum, and that momentum is now carrying me forward.

And if I can do it, so can you.

Because I believe in you.

Remember: the power of momentum is real.

Keep taking small steps every day and know the results will come.

Trust the process.

Your journey to freedom is already in motion.

Let’s keep it going.
